Terms of Service

By using Vext services you agree to the following terms.

All one-time project fees are due before work begins.

Monthly AI Agent subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice.

Vext guarantees a minimum PageSpeed score of 95/100 on all Astro Migration projects measured on Google PageSpeed Insights at launch. If the score falls below 95 within 30 days of launch we will fix it free of charge. Claims must be submitted within 30 days.

We do not refund any payments after the project has been delivered and accepted, with the exception of the audit refund window described in our FAQ.
